Tiercon is seeking knowledgeable, self-directed, experienced and hardworking individuals interested in the automotive industry as a Materials Administrator at our 352 Arvin facility.

Job Summary & Reporting Structure:

- Reporting to the Materials Lead, the Materials Administrator is responsible for a variety of tasks to support the materials team. At all times ensuring the ongoing adherence to the policies and procedures outlined in the ISO9001:2015 AND IATF 16949 Quality System and encouraging continuous improvement wherever possible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry into MRP system
- Produce production packets
- Monitor various customer portals and complete daily tasks for customer requirements
- Manage monitor customer accums and release data
- Assist with producing shipping packets
- Print production labels according to production schedules
- Generate various reports for daily meetings throughout the day
- Analyze and extract information from MRP
- Participate in physical inventories (count, audit, and data entry)
- Track and manage MRO inventories as assigned
- Promote continuous improvement in all areas
- Other duties as assigned
- ISO9001:2015 AND IATF 16949 duties as required

Qualifications:
**Education Required**

Grade 12 or equivalent

Post secondary education in a related field is an asset

**Core Competencies**

**Experience Required**

1-3 years' experience in an administrative role

Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
