**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop event concepts, themes, and objectives aligned with company goals or client requirements.
- Create detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and checklists.
- Source, evaluate, and manage vendors (caterers, decorators, audio-visual teams, security, etc.).
- Ensure vendors adhere to timelines, quality standards, and contractual agreements.
- Develop marketing campaigns (online/offline) to increase attendance and engagement.
- Oversee the design of event materials (flyers, invitations, social media posts, signage).
- Oversee venue setup, equipment installation, and décor arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Resolve on-site challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Oversee all aspects of the event on the day(s) of execution.
- Monitor activities to ensure timelines are met and quality is maintained.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, guests, and vendors
- Conduct post-event debriefs and collect feedback from clients, attendees, and staff.
- Analyze event success metrics (attendance, revenue, engagement).
- Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements.
Salary is $42,000 a year Plus Percentage
