**What You’ll Do**
- **Set up and operate** a variety of manual and CNC machine tools to produce **precision parts and instruments.**:

- Read and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and machining processes.**:

- **Engage with projects from start to finish**, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain and repair **machinery and equipment** as needed.
- Monitor and optimize **feed and speed** of machines during machining processes.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and **conformance to specifications.**:

- Maintain inspection records and complete **inspection reports** when required.
- Participate in **continuous improvement initiatives** to enhance shop efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**

✔ **Journeyperson Machinist Certification** (or equivalent experience).
✔ **3+ years of experience** post-certification in a machining role.
✔ Ability to **set up and operate** a variety of manual and CNC machines.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work **independently with mínimal supervision** in a custom job shop setting.
✔ Preference given to those with a **valid driver’s license.**
