**What You’ll Actually Be Doing**
- **60% Field-Based Supervision**: Visiting job sites, coaching techs, solving problems, and ensuring quality work—not swinging a wrench, but showing others how it’s done
- **40% Office-Based Coordination**: Scheduling, dispatching, estimates, customer communication, and supporting operational decisions
- Conducting quality control inspections and ensuring code compliance
- Leading training and mentoring for junior technicians
- Assisting with troubleshooting complex issues
- Working with the office team to streamline service delivery and customer experience

**What We’re Looking For**
- Licensed journeyman plumber
- 5+ years of field plumbing experience
- Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with (or open to learning) dispatch, estimating, and scheduling software
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
