As a growing LTL / TL trucking company we are hiring for the position of **Customer Service Representative**. This is a full time position based out of our Head Office in Ayr, ON.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Data entry of load information into the Fleet Management System
- Verify and update all load information to ensure all necessary information is correct, such as Customer contact details, rates, weight, times and location
- Assist in problem solving and conflict resolution with customers as problems arise
- Monitor load board to ensure accurate tracking of loads
- Communicate and update customer with load information
- Provide administrative support to Dispatch team as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years in a similar role
- Sense of urgency with a strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Excellent computer keyboarding skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Transportation Industry an asset

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
