**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor the tortilla machine, ensuring it functions correctly throughout production.
- Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications.
- Bake tortilla using tortilla machine and ensure precision in measurements using scales
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all cleaning guidelines and protocols.

**Skills**
- Experience with Tortilla machines is preferred.
- Experience baking tortilla.
- Experience in Kitchens
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues..
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a **fast-paced**environment.\
- Able to lift 50 pounds bags

**Requirement**
- Minimum 1 years experience operating tortilla production equipment
- Valid work permit/authorization to work in the United States
- Strong understanding of food production processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic math and measurement skills

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Full-time or Part-time position
