position overview:

- As an Architectural Technician, you will collaborate with our in-house Architect, gaining hands-on experience in the design and management of various property projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity for young designers to learn the practice of architecture while contributing to impactful developments._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and meetings for various property development projects._
- _Support for the project team in creating detailed models and visualizations using software such as Revit._
- _Conduct site analysis and research zoning regulations, building codes, and industry standards to inform design decisions._
- _Collaborate with the team members on design reviews and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions. _
- _Help prepare documentation for project proposals._
- _Attend project site visits to observe construction progress and gather insights for design adjustments._
- _Participate in meetings with coworkers, contractors, and stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Experience with Architectural design software such as Revit._
- _Basic understanding of property development processes, including design, planning and construction._
- _Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams._
- _Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities._
- _A proactive attitude with and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment._
