Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Business Analyst - SAP ECC SF for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement of Work” but are not

limited to:
Services

The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the client:
Under the direction of the HR Program Lead:
For SAP ECC CATS/CAT6 and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management Features
- Develop and implement new computer systems and enhance old systems by assessing business

problems and requirements, and oversee the process in providing and implementing computer systems

solutions
- Assist with the technical analysis, provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems

integration for business engagement through entire project development lifecycle
- Work with other technical resources in developing sustainable knowledge, skills, and technical

competencies
- Participation in multiple full life cycle large scale SAP project implementation in the HR Payroll domain
- Ongoing activities and deliverables, as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:

- University degree or college diploma in computer science, accounting, or a related field
- A minimum of ten (10) years of recent work experience with SAP ECC CATS/CAT6 and SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Time, Payroll and Benefit business processes
- Demonstrated experience configuring SAP Payroll and integrating business processes with 3rd party

Time & Attendance and Scheduling Systems Demonstrated in-depth understanding of SAP Canadian

Payroll (PY-CA) and Benefits (PA-BN)
- Demonstrated experience in year-end payroll activities and Canadian year-end reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge (business process and configuration) of SAP HR/Payroll including payroll

experience designing and configuring SAP Payroll wage types, features, schemas and rules, 3rd party

payments, tax reporting, etc.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of SAP Success Factors and integration with SAP ECC
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time & Attendance and Scheduling system

configuration, setup, and business rules
- Demonstrated technical and business skills

Additional Qualifications

The following will also be considered:

- SAP Certification appropriate to the area of expertise

Note that the proposed resource may not be solely responsible for the completion of these deliverables. The consultant will be expected to work collaboratively with staff to ensure the work is completed in a way that ensures maximum knowledge transfer.
