Pearle Hospitality is seeking cooks to join our diverse and enthusiastic team of hard working and passionate individuals. We have full-time and part-time positions available.

**Qualifications**:

- Good knife skills
- Able to follow instruction and complete jobs in a timely manner
- Understanding of professional kitchen systems
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is an asset
- Able to work well independently and as a team
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Organized with a strong focus and commitment to quality
- Must have an understanding of written and spoken English
- Hardworking, dependable and reliable
- Passion for quality ingredients
- Up to date on current trends, dishes and chefs in the industry
- POSITIVE PERSONALITY, MOTIVATED AND PASSIONATE

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to tolerate standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Work in a fast-paced environment

**Professional Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year experience in a professional kitchen
- 1 year experience on Garde Manger or Entremet station is an asset
- Culinary diploma an asset
