**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Independently carry out general maintenance and repair tasks with proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ensure the work area is meticulously cleaned and left in a superior condition compared to its initial state upon completion of each job.
- Handle on-site communication with clients effectively, offering clear and concise responses to their inquiries and addressing any immediate concerns during the job to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability - it's crucial to always be on time and ready to work.
- Exhibit a strong enthusiasm for the craft, coupled with an eagerness to learn. Show readiness to take on a variety of projects, displaying a proactive approach in all tasks undertaken.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- An interest in DIY and a strong understanding of basic household repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with a repair that will solve the solution.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, easygoing personality.
- Ability to learn new techniques and are open to feedback and professional critique.

- Availability to work a minimum of **35 hours **per week, with a schedule provided a week in advance for optimal planning and coordination.
