**Summary**:
This position monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped. They also ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers. The role involves analyzing the measurements, conducting tests, and monitoring the production phase.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections on material and products for compliance with work instructions, drawings, and procedural requirements.
- Obtain required training to be competent and proficient in the execution of inspections and recording of results.
- Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications by performing daily audits.
- Accurately documenting the results of the inspections, tests, and audits.
- Assist with the identification, control, and resolution of nonconforming products.
- May assist with training employees and educating them about quality issues and concerns.
- Participate in the writing and updating of quality and manufacturing procedures, checklists, and forms.
- Help identify areas of improvement for the Quality Management System.

**Qualifications**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be professional, organized, dedicated, and extremely detail oriented.
- Experience using basic measuring equipment (tape, caliper).
- Strong time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Ability to lift, move, and manipulate items of moderate weight (20-30kg) on a routine basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to effectively interact with people at all levels of the organization (workers, lead hands and supervisors) to implement quality requirements and objectives.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation (drawings, specifications, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of industry-related experience or experience in a quality control role is considered an asset.
