Your Day to Day at West Geomatics:
- Taking direction from and aid the Party Chief in completion of land surveys for the Client
- Setup, operation, cleaning and maintenance of survey equipment such as Total Station, RTK, GPS
- Use of equipment such as chain saws, sledgehammers, axes and similar equipment as well as all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles
- Adherence to all government, company and Client safety protocols
Do You Have What We’re Looking For?
- The ability to work long hours in a physically demanding job and environment
- The ability to work in camp on rotation in remote areas when required
- Possession of training in safety courses such as H2S, First Aid, Wildlife Awareness and similar
- Good verbal, written communications skills
- Sound judgment and safe work practices experience
- Pre-Access drug and alcohol screening is required
- Perform other duties, as required
This is position is for various locations in Alberta and British Columbia. We offer excellent, competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package that includes life insurance, St/LT disability, and Health/Dental benefits.
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
