The Opportunity:
XTL Transport Inc. is looking to add 6 more Dynamic Class 1 US/Canada Long Haul Drivers to join our outstanding Airdrie team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **_ Must have valid Class 1 drivers license_**:

- **_ Must have a minimum of 2 years Class 1 LONG HAUL experience with at least two consecutive winters_**:

- **_ Must have a at least ONE FULL YEAR of US Cross border experience included in the minimum of 2 years of Long Haul Experience_**:

- **_ Must be willing to travel all US States and Across Canada_**:

- **_ Must be willing to be on the road for 5-7+ days_**:

- **_ Must have reefer experience_**:

- **_ Must have meat inspection experience_**:

- **_ Must have mechanical knowledge_**:

- **_ Clean Abstract with ZERO moving violations (Example Speeding) with less than 5 demerits. (MUST PROVIDE A 5 YEAR COMMERCIAL ABSTRACT FOR ALL PROVINCES WHERE A CLASS 1 COMMERCIAL LICENSE HAS BEEN HELD)_**

Compensation Structure:

- **_ Starting rate for US loads $0.59/mile (This rate is all-inclusive rate that includes 2 hr loading, 1 hr border crossing, and 2 hr unloading, Pre & Post trip & Fueling) _**:

- **_Wait time outside mileage rate is paid an hourly rate of $28.12/hr_**:

- **_ ** Yearly hourly and mileage pay increases **_**:

- **_ Paid weekly through payroll_**:

- **_ Paid 2 day in class training and paid 3 days in cab training_**:

- **_ Newer International trucks and a fleet which is renewed every 4 years_**
