Our team is looking for a full-time (standard 40-hour work week plus overtime), **Dispatcher/Order Desk** for our Balzac, AB location. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

**Qualifications/Responsibilities**
- Possess previous experience working, dispatching in a Concrete Plant
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Be able to multitask and perform well in a team setting
- Willing to work flexible hours and overtime
- Have a valid driver's license and drivers abstract according to company policy
- Meet all Safety requirements and policies
- Comfortable with computer software and GPS systems
- Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of ready-mix concrete to the job sites.
- Schedules and dispatches orders daily to maximize production and equipment efficiency
- Responsible for building and maintaining customer and client relationships
- Maintain high degree of accuracy and detail in order entry
- Abides by company policies and procedures regarding handling employment equipment
- Pre-employment drug screening in effect
