Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Help to join our team. As a Counter Help, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our establishment.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and operate the POS system
- Prepare simple food items such as sandwiches or salads
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining space
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies
- Follow food safety protocols and guidelines
- Provide assistance to customers with menu inquiries

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Knowledge of basic math for cashiering duties
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Ability to handle food with care and adhere to food safety standards
