**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise hospitality services including food, accommodation and transportation provided to distress passengers at airports in case of flight disruptions, such as cancellations and or misconnections etc.
- Assign duties and coordinate with the workers and guide them on operations of events related to distress passengers at airports. Scheduling of staff for various shifts to ensure optimum staff availability for the operations.
- Supervise unaccompanied minor passengers operations inclusive of chaperone services for unaccompanied minors.
- Prepare and monitor procedures and work schedules of workers and resolve day to day work related issues and conflicts.
- Responsible training of staff. Ensure that the new and existing workers are trained and well aware of work and safety procedures and relevant company policies.
- Prepare progress and end of day reports and submit to back office.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation. Certificate or College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma in Travel / Hospitality preferred.
- Drivers License

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience at least 3 years in the hospitality or hotel industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and travel suppliers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry, including knowledge of Amadeus, Saber, Galileo, and ticketing.
