**Overview**:
We are looking for skilled and reliable Snow Operators with experience operating skid steers or front-end loaders to join our winter crew. This is a seasonal role for the snow removal season, _with the option to continue employment into the spring and summer if desired._

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate skid steers or front-end loaders to remove snow from parking lots, roads, and other designated areas.
- Conduct pre
- and post-shift equipment inspections.
- Follow designated routes and respond quickly during snow events.
- Communicate with dispatch and team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a high standard of safety at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating a skid steer or front-end loader is required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during snowfalls.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
