Are you a professional and customer-focused security guard looking for your next opportunity? iGuard360° Security is looking for **Front Desk Concierge Security Guards** **to support our high-rise condominium sites in Burlington, ON.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain **positive, professional relationships** with residents, clients, and visitors.
- Ensure **privacy and confidentiality** of all client and resident information.
- Conduct **access control** and **interior/exterior patrols** to maintain site security.
- Monitor **CCTV, fire alarms, access control, and other security systems**.
- Enforce **client rules, Trespass to Property Act, and municipal by-laws**.
- Assist with **package handling, issuing parking permits, and supervising contractors on-site**.
- Complete **daily reports, incident logs, and other documentation** as required.

**What You Bring**:

- **Valid Ontario Security Guard License**:

- **Strong communication and customer service skills**:

- **High level of professionalism and integrity**:

- **Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle conflicts effectively**

**Preferred Experience & Education**:

- Prior experience in **concierge security, hospitality, or luxury settings** is an asset.
- Additional industry-related training (e.g., **Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Hospitality Training**) is an asset but not required.
- Enrollment in or completion of **Police Foundations, Law & Security Administration, or a related program** is an asset but not required.

**Required Certifications**:

- **Valid Ontario Security Guard License**:

- **CPR Level C Certification**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour
