RJCross is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Warehouse & Production Manager. This role will involve working in our customs department and warehouse, playing a pivotal role in our commitment to excellence.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with production processes to meet goals and adhere to deadlines.
- Managing staff, training, and performance reviews.
- Conduct regular inspections of manufactured parts to maintain the highest product quality standards.
- Efficiently schedule and manage orders to fulfill customer requests on time.
- Ensure accurate allocation and management of inventory.
- Assist in tasks such as product labeling, shelf stocking, and fulfilling stock orders.
- Execute tasks with precision and efficiency, maintaining consistent speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipping by organizing and packaging items systematically.
- Capable of lifting items weighing 40 - 50 lbs.
