**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Excellent communicating and narrating skills.
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement
- Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms

- Conduct research on industry trends to target marketing efforts to a segmented customer base of architects & designers, contract office furniture dealers, contractors and end users in corporate office, government, education, healthcare and hospitality settings
- Conceptualize & script stories for our digital marketing content. Ability to multi-task, coordinate simultaneous projects, and move quickly from idea to implementation.
- Collaborate with the business development team members to research and develop innovative ideas for digital marketing and execute them effectively.
- Conceptualize unique themes for company’s social media platforms on monthly/weekly basis.
- Assist in managing and growing our social media presence by regularly posting and engaging with our audience.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all digital content which is aligned with the vision and mission of the company.
- Develop, write and edit content that both reflects our brand and is formatted for SEO, including promotional material, informational guides, social media posts, video scripts, and blog posts.
- Managing and updating company’s portfolio and marketing presentations.
- Manage content for our social media feeds, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTak and YouTube, while identifying trends to increase user engagement.
- Research emerging content marketing trends and present to company management as needed.
- Edit and refine miscellaneous content as needed.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate simultaneous projects, and move quickly from idea to implementation.
- Ready to learn the process of the entire organization, its products and services.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment; modifies approach or method to best fit the situation; manages frequent change, delays, or unexpected events in a positive and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- A diverse portfolio of digital content that showcases a range of graphic designing, UX/UI, writing, and basic tech-software skills.

- Awareness of current and shifting content marketing trends.
- A skilled multi-tasker, who can handle multiple deadlines and work within a changing environment.
- Excels in a team setting, yet comfortable working independently on tasks when required.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
