We are currently seeking a strong, experienced, and motivated **part**_**-time Relief Customer Service Representative/Storage Consultant for our Advanced Self Storage at**_**multiple** _**locations in the lower mainland. - Position Overview_: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring every customer's experience is positive and memorable. You will play a vital role in assisting customers with their storage inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the rental process. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will be essential to succeed in this role.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Greet and assist customers both in person and over the phone, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Conduct storage unit tours, showcasing our facilities and explaining various storage options.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information about our services and pricing.
- Process rental agreements and assist customers with move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rental office and storage units.
- Implement company policies and security measures to ensure the safety of customers and their belongings.
- Utilize our computerized system to manage customer accounts, payments, and reservations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Qualifications:_
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, and we are closed all _STAT_ holidays.
