The mission of the eCommerce Merchandising Department is to increase conversion and inspire our customers by presenting a relevant merchandise assortment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the eCommerce Merchandising Department, you will be part of the team that curates merchandise assortment for our site and presents our product in the most inspiring way for our clients. As the Manager, eCommerce Merchandiser, you will lead our team in ensuring exceptional online shopping experiences through optimal product placement. THE ROLE

As the Manager, eCommerce Merchandising, you will:

- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of all website merchandising initiatives in support of corporate objectives.
- Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring product is strategically placed to maximize product discovery and performance.
- Oversee product publishing, ensuring efficient and accurate publishing of incoming and outgoing products.
- Manage website content, working cross functionally to align with the product launch calendar and marketing initiatives.
- Leverage insights and analytics to identify opportunities and maximize performance.
- Lead and manage a team, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

- Proficient in using Google Analytics and Shopify Plus is desirable.

- A sense of urgency executing job responsibilities, prioritizing urgent and important work
- An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience
