We’re searching for a Multi-Site Dental Office Manager who is passionate about positively leading the team while providing the best patient experience possible. We are looking for an optimistic, efficient, and capable manager who truly understands the art of leadership and wants to see the entire team succeed

**Location**: Verdun, Quebec and Laval, Quebec

**Hours**: Flexible

**About the day-to-day**:
As the Dental Office Manager for multiple locations, you are responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations. This will include responsibilities such as: general office administration, employee relations, scheduling and patient (customer) service. You will act as the liaison between the clinical team, the patients and the Regional Operations Manager overseeing the practice’s performance.
- Oversee (educate, re-direct and lead by example) practice policies and procedures
- Understand and adhere to provincial regulations, practice standards and policies relevant to the dental profession
- Ensure that the office delivers optimal levels of continuity between patient and service provider
- Motivate the team to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals
- Assist with recruitment, training and performance management of the team
- Motivate and coach the team to provide outstanding patient service
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports to send to the Regional Operations Manager
- Assist dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary
- Ensure that the office is maintaining accurate record keeping such as updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments

**Requirements**:

- Experience leading a team, preferably in the dental environment
- Strong understanding of Quebec Employment Standards
- Well-versed in dental office related health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a high emotional intelligence
- Attentive to detail, organized and reliable
- Competent computer skills (digital office environment)
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Highly analytical and experience using data management tools (example: Dentallytics)
- Expert level experience using dental practice software (AbelDent, Dentrix, Tracker,MaxiDent, ClearDent, etc.)
- Asset: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Hygienist
- Asset: Additional leadership or business-related certification or training is an asset
