Job Title: Lead Hand
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise, train, and lead a team of technicians in daily tasks
- Work along side technicians and install all hardware, including handles, hinges, gas shocks, and all equipment on truck bodies
- Inspect installations and correct if required
- Utilize hand tools for maintenance and repairs
- Provide excellent feedback to internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance
- Previous experience working with heavy machinery is highly desirable
- Experience and knowledge in truck body installations and customization is an asset
- Excellent understanding of safety practices and procedures in a workshop environment
**Skills**:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Professional and proven supervisory skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
