**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data projects.
- Participate in Agile project management processes, ensuring timely delivery of data analysis projects.
- Conduct business analysis to understand operational needs and recommend improvements based on data findings.
- Design and implement database solutions that support data integrity and accessibility.
- Utilize programming languages such as R, Python, and VBA for advanced data manipulation and analysis tasks.
- Document processes and workflows using tools like Visio to ensure clarity in project execution.
- Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by providing insights during the development phases.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to support various business initiatives.

**Skills**
- Proficient in SQL for querying databases and extracting meaningful information.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Oracle for visualizing data insights.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of database design concepts to ensure optimal data structure and performance.
- Proficiency in programming languages including R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for automation of data processes.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $42,301.18-$107,559.23 per year
