**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Sweeping/cleaning parking lots, installing drive ways, grading gravel pads, excavation, demolition
- Operate equipment including: backpack blowers, masonry saws, compactors.
- Irrigating work areas, clearing brush.
- Equipment maintenance and organization.
- Gaining expertise in operating heavy equipment.
- Hauling equipment and/or material to and from job sites.

**Requirements**:

- Has experience operating equipment (i.e. back-pack blowers and shovels).
- Finds it rewarding working within a team to accomplish a common goal.
- Is task-oriented and dependable.
- Valid Class 5 License
- Eligibility to work in Canada without restrictions.
- Clear driver's abstract with no at-fault accidents in the last year.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Available to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety regulations.
