**Who We Are**:
Established in 2022 and based out of Burlington, ON, Shoreacres Therapy is a telehealth group therapy practice, comprised of a close team of Clinical Psychologists and Registered Psychotherapists. We offer assessment and therapy to Adults residing in Ontario. Our clinicians are generalists, holding specialized training in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, and perinatal mental health. We are looking to grow our team to accommodate incoming referrals for Clinical Psychologists.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate **Clinical Psychologist** to join our team for a **part-time, independent contractor position**. Training and experience in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders and/or perinatal mental illness would be an asset. The ability to work evenings or weekends would also be considered an asset. Psychologists with declared areas of competence in Adults are welcome to apply.
**Requirements**:
- Doctorate degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology from an accredited university, with valid licensure from the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills: the ability to build rapport with clients quickly, and collaboratively create treatment plans, while keeping up with clinical charting.
- The ability to thrive working independently and within a team setting.
- Desire to learn from colleagues on our team and to grow professionally.

- Administrative support: Scheduling, billing, and electronic-record keeping services are fully covered by Shoreacres Therapy and provided to you at no cost. Training and orientation using the JANE platform will be provided.
- Full Marketing Support: Expenses related to marketing are covered by Shoreacres Therapy, including business cards, Psychology Today profile, etc.
- Professional Development: We encourage collaboration among team members and formally offer lunch and learn presentations/case conferences once per month for those able to attend.
- Consultation: Dr. Sarah Haller, C. Psych, Clinical Psychologist offers consultation to team members as needed (i.e., open door policy) and training for clinicians wishing to learn more about the areas of eating disorders and perinatal mental health. Psychologists on our team have the opportunity to provide supervision and/or consultations to other clinicians on the team, if desired.
