**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of assigned residential properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and local regulations.
- Market available units and manage leasing processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure cleanliness, safety, and upkeep.
- Enforce rules and regulations of the community.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of property management software, Buildium, is an asset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience managing multi-family units or large apartment complexes.

**Job Type**: Full-time. In person

**Pay**:From $20.00 - $30.00 per hour.
- Pay range is based on experience

**Expected hours**: 40 per week
