**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Beverages**: Craft a variety of coffee and tea beverages to high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service that exceeds expectations.
- **Upsell and Recommend**: Suggest menu items, specials, and retail products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the workspace, equipment, and café areas clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to maintain efficient operations and foster a positive work environment.
- **Handle Transactions**: Operate the point-of-sale system with accuracy, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures.
- **Stay Knowledgeable**: Learn about our coffee, wine, and food offerings to answer customer inquiries and share expertise.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred
- A passion for coffee, wine, and hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
