**My Home Coordinator**

Are you passionate about enriching the lives of seniors? We are looking for a dedicated **My Home Coordinator** to oversee the daily operations of the My Home Neighbourhood and ensure that our residents' care and lifestyle needs are met. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for supervising staff, coordinating activities, and working closely with family members and care teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise staff to ensure high-quality resident care and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with family members, healthcare providers, and the Director of Care to ensure care plans are effectively implemented.
- Develop and maintain daily routines for staff, reassigning as needed based on resident needs.
- Coordinate activities with the Life Enrichment Coordinator and ensure appropriate supplies for leisure activities (e.g., TVs, puzzles, books).
- Ensure staff are trained in compliance with approved policies and procedures.
- Handle performance evaluations, staff orientation, and support teamwork and morale.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in common areas and ensure residents' needs are addressed promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Genuine compassion for improving the quality of life for seniors.
- 5+ years of experience providing care to seniors (preferred).
- 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Experience working with healthcare providers or agencies is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease and dementia care.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Must be COVID vaccinated.
- Ability to work with pets (dogs and cats).
- Able to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
- English (required)
