**Who You Are**

We are currently seeking a **Manufacturing Associate** to join our Operations team to work diligently to ensure our products are packaged and shipped with care and attention to detail. This is a full time opportunity based in our West (Burnaby) office.

**Purpose**
Located in our West office, the Manufacturing Associate reports to the Lead Supervisor, Order Fulfilment and works closely with other Team Leads, Manufacturing Associates, and the Director, Operations. Our Manufacturing Associates are diligent, reliable, and play a crucial role in getting our wellness products into our customers hands. You will perform a wide variety of tasks from light manufacturing, finishing goods, to picking and packing orders.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Perform manufacturing duties
- Order picking, packing, and processing;
- Unloading of trucks, trailers and containers and palletizing of inbound and outbound goods;
- Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, including keeping our Warehouse clean and organized;
- Performs other duties and projects; and
- Be adaptable to be trained and flex out to work in various departments when support is needed.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift licence or be willing to train for one
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently;
- Efficient and strong work ethics;
- Honest work ethics and doesn’t take shortcuts;Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally in a team driven environment;
- Ability to meet attendance requirements; and
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
