**Essential Requirement: Proficiency in Korean**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Level 1 license (or willingness to obtain with our support), with preference for those holding or working towards a Level 2 license.
- Proficiency in ICBC Autoplan, including Policy Center operations.
- Innate ability to cultivate enduring relationships with clients.
- Track record of delivering exceptional customer service and insurance counsel.
- Familiarity with ICBC Batching is advantageous.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills.
