**Salary**: $25 to $29 per hour

**The Role**:
Are you a passionate team player with sales talent? We are seeking a full-time Insurance Advisor to join our Burquitlam office. This dynamic position involves writing new policies and addressing client inquiries. Experience with marketing platforms is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use creative sales strategies to convert leads into clients.
- Provide customized policy options and quotes based on client needs.
- Review policies for accuracy and suggest adjustments.
- Deliver excellent customer service for billing, claims, and policy inquiries.
- Uphold high standards of service, teamwork, and excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- BC General Insurance Level 1 license.
- Minimum of 6months in ICBC/Personal Lines Insurance.
- Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
