**Manager, Advancement & Alumni Engagement**

Position Overview
The Manager of Advancement & Alumni Engagement will integrate within the current advancement and admissions staffing framework, serving to manage engagement initiatives for parents, alumni, donors, and friends of GNS. Reporting to the Chief Advancement & Enrolment Officer, this role will work to make connections across the GNS community, from initial contact following successful admission to GNS, through to engaging our students and families long after they have left the school. As a key member of the team, this role will work to connect these various constituencies, in addition to developing new programs and facilitating engagement via the Parent’s Auxiliary. This position will also support fundraising and donor stewardship initiatives as well as new parent onboarding into the school community. What You’ll Bring
You will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations and/or communications however, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience in public and/or alumni relations, admissions or advancement would be desirable. You will have experience managing and leading teams, with a background in building and implementing programs and activities that engage various stakeholders. Excellent communication skills will be key to engage and make strong connections with a diverse group of people. Experience in volunteer management would also be a strong asset.
