We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of a high-profile restaurant from groundbreaking to grand opening. If you're a proactive leader with a strong eye for detail and a passion for quality execution, we want to hear from you.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction progress, quality control, and schedule.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors on site.
- Collaborate with project manager, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment with design and code requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, inspections, and field reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, COR safety regulations, and permit requirements.
- Attend and lead on-site meetings with stakeholders and construction team.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with at least 2 years focused on restaurant or hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, codes, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and construction software
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $83,255.67-$143,926.39 per year
