Winnipeg, Canada Costco Full time

Costco Pharmacy is looking to hire a Pharmacy Clerk for our Winnipeg Central Fill location. **This is a regular part time position - minimum 25 hours per week working 5 days.**

**Daily tasks and responsibilities**:

- Enter prescriptions into the pharmacy software program as permitted by the provincial regulations
- Process third party insurance claims, process invoices and make accounting entries into the computer system
- Order, receive, tag and stock prescription drug and supplies
- Answer the phone and be able to troubleshoot problems
- Communicate with members, co-workers, health care professionals and suppliers
- Retrieve and bag filled prescriptions
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Clean department by sweeping, mopping, spraying, wiping and dusting
- Assist with packaging pharmacy prescriptions
- Medication compounding
- Making compliance packages for medications with Synmed machine

**Qualifications**:

- Completed a pharmacy diploma at a community college or Costco Pharmacy clerk certification
- Completed a certification as required by the province

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.50-$30.05 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
