**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project specifications are met within budget constraints.
- Analyze blueprints and technical documents to identify project requirements and potential challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and communications related to pricing.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and financial forecasts.

**Skills**
- Proficient in construction estimating methodologies with a strong understanding of industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices is essential.
