**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively sell and upsell items.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate totals and provide change accurately.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met promptly while maintaining store organization.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; training will be provided as necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to selling and promoting products, with an eagerness to learn about technical sales if applicable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
