Front Desk Supervisor

We are looking for a leader for our Front Desk team at the hotel. This person will be responsible for the training and follow up of all front desk employees. The front desk supervisor works closely with the General Manager to write policy and procedure, communicate with the team about changes and new initiatives. This person writes the front desk schedule and works some desk shifts themselves. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the scheduling and coverage of all front desk shifts. The front desk Supervisor responds to all guest reviews (with the aid of the GM) and is the point of contact for our guests when it comes to concerns or complaints. Finally, the person in this role serves as Manager on Duty for the property in the absence of the GM.
This person must be a multi tasker and have a very good understanding of guest service.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
