Part-Time School Year / Full-time Summer
(Reports to the General Manager)

**Position Description**

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain the dealership’s property (15 acres) by:

- Wash motorhome exteriors
- Cutting and trimming lawns, trees, and shrubs.
- Maintain gardens - weeding, spreading mulch and watering plants.
- Clear brush and trees as required.
- Paint - pavement, fence posts, railings, gates, etc.
- Clean dealer’s pavement using a ride on street sweeper

Operate Equipment as required, including:

- Kioti Tractor
- Wash-Bot: Portable Fleet Washing System
- Zero Turn Lawn Mower
- Landa Mobile Wash System
- Street Sweeper
- Push Lawn Mowers
- Gas Powered Trimmers

Occasionally shuttle motorhomes to outsourced service providers.

**Qualifications**

Technical
- Mechanical aptitude an asset
- Related experience an asset
- G2 licence or higher an asset

Personal
- Energetic, self-motivated with a good work ethic
- Team player, with a strong willingness to take direction and share the workload
- Enjoy physical work

Education
- Currently enrolled in High School or Post-Secondary Education

**Hours of Work**

This is a year-round position that offers full-time hours during the summer break, part time-hours and Saturdays during the school year. Workdays are eight (8) hours with opportunities for overtime as required.
