Reporting to the Sr. Manager, the Coordinator, HSE Shared Services will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Corporate Health, Safety & Environment team.

Dependent on your place of residence, this position is based in one of our major city offices, including Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Winnipeg, and Vancouver.

Calgary, Edmonton- Support the HSE Lead Team with various administrative duties.-
- Deliver Microsoft Office tasks and PowerPoint development.-
- Use various computer software to assist in preparing reports and communication documents.-
- Meeting management and assistance including;-
- Calendar invites and management of attendees-
- Agenda development, meeting minute recording, and action item tracking-
- Management and assistance of technical HSE platforms/databases-
- Design, format, publish and store HSE documentation on SharePoint Online-
- Manage HSE platform, including, but are not limited to:- Training matrix and position profiles-
- Statistical metrics-
- Tracking logs-
- Maintaining internal HSE records-
- Third-party pre-qualification platforms-
- General internal databases such as Viewpoint, Workday, and various LMS systems, including;-
- Managing user accounts-
- Uploading approved training-
- Tracking and issuing payment of invoices- What We Are Looking For- Preference will be given to individuals that hold either a certificate in administration or OHS-
- Minimum of 3+ years' of experience in a role of either administration or OHS-
- Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite programs-
- Ability to remain objective and maintain a factual perspective when dealing with questions and inquiries-
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with diverse personalities and workforce-
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups-
- Strong written and oral communication skills-
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful, with strong time management skills-
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities, capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment-
