Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations and success of our business. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance - Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities - Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service - Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a high-performing team - Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products - Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a positive shopping environment Skills: - Strong team management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team - Excellent training development abilities to ensure consistent performance across the team - Effective negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships and drive favorable terms - Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions based on company standards - Bilingual proficiency (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers and team members - Proven track record in retail sales with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service - Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone - Proficient in clerical tasks such as cash handling, record keeping, and inventory management - Sales management experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation along with opportunities for growth within the company.
