We are looking for an experienced **Call center agent** for our BMW MINI Laval dealership.

**Your day to day**:

- Receiving incoming calls, as well as calls from clients to schedule service appointments
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Data entry
- Conducting follow-up calls for the Service and Sales department

**Your talents**:

- 1 year experience in customer service
- 1 year experience working in a call center
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills
- Available day and evening
- Experience in the automotive field is an assetINCC
