**Job Title**: Supply Planner
**Reports to**: Senior Manager Supply Chain Planning
**Location**: Moncton
**Job Objective**:
The Supply Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive supply plan that aligns with bulk demands, departmental capacities/limitations, optimizes reporting, and ensures timely delivery of quality product for production. This role coordinates closely with cultivation, post-harvest, commercialization, bulk demand planning, production planning, extraction, QA, and logistics teams to ensure that customer demand is met while mitigating flower risk and minimizing waste. The Supply Planner plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of flower from garden to production and driving continuous improvement within the supply process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supply Planning**:

- Advise on intern irradiation, external irradiation, and machine dry requirements.
- Create, maintain, and utilization multiple reports on KPIs, data trends, ad-hoc scenarios.
- Provide frequent updates on supply risks and opportunities to various stakeholders.
- Provide direction for drying capacity issues, quality remediation (retrimming events and touch-ups, sorting requirements, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for lot consolidation to reduce paperwork, changeovers, and test samples.
- Direct the prioritization of samples for testing.
- Allocation of material for Solventless Extraction (dry sift and cold water).
- Align on a harvest method with the Cultivation team based on bulk requirements.
- Direct the lot splitting method for upcoming harvests.
- Contribute significantly to the reoccurring grow plan.

**Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership**:

- Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a key point of contact between various departments, including Cultivation, Quality Assurance, Commercialization, R&D, Sales, Production, and Processing to align on broader business objectives.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Act as the main bridge between the garden and Supply Chain (Planning, Warehouse, and Inventory Control) to confirm the timely flow of product into production.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration: Work with the multiple QA departments (Ops, Controllers, the Lab, etc.) on removing roadblocks and keeping our products compliant to maintain our target RTP dates.
- Cultivation and Post-Harvest Collaboration: Give direction to various garden-related teams to mitigate impacts on flower supply due to flower quality concerns.
- Lac-Supérieur (L-S) Collaboration: Support Lac-Supérieur by helping coordinate the transfer of flower between the Moncton and L-S sites.
- Operations Collaboration: Review supply-relates misses between the garden and other various departments within Operations (Solventless and CO2 Extraction, Processing, Production, etc.).
- Commercialization Collaboration: Provide required information and flag risks to new item launches.

**Technology, Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Operational Metrics: Monitor, report, and analyze key metrics such as garden and drying capacity utilization, yield and potency trends, and on time Ready-To-Pack (RTP) dates to inform
