Hey, thanks for your interest in becoming the first Sandwich Artist here at Something in the Water We’re one of Canada’s New Brewery of the Year with locations in Toronto’s epic Liberty Village and Kingston’s beautifully rejuvenated downtown. We exist to bring incredible, delicious, and curious beverages to the world, starting right here at home in Ontario.

We know what you’re thinking: “These locations are expensive, this must be a few suits trying to make some quick bucks off my hard-working back.”

You’re right, it is expensive. But we never wear suits, nor do we hold cushy day jobs with a corner office. You’ll be working alongside us: Steve runs the operations, and Rick is in charge of product. You’ll find both of us there on brew days, packaging days, running the taps, sweeping the floors, and filling boxes full of cans to ship to the world.

On to the details: In an effort to quell the constant requests we received for food we recently launched Something Sandwiches, a small sandwich shop inside our Toronto brewery that turns out absolutely incredible, artisanal, made-to-order sandwiches. Up to this point our taproom staff rolled up their proverbial sleeves to dive in and make these sandwiches to pair perfectly with the delicious beer our team turns out. Now, as word spreads and sales grow, it’s time to go legit. The person we’re seeking is confident, engaging, and loves the food & beverage industry. You come with a demonstrated record of success in a similar role - yes, being a true Sandwich Artist© counts.

**Responsibilities**
- Running the small Something Sandwiches kitchen, top to bottom
- Turn quality raw ingredients into killer sandwiches and salads
- Physically preparing, cutting, slicing, etcof ingredients
- Inventory management and ordering of ingredients

**Qualifications**
- A record of past performance success in a similar role
- Ability to use a commercial deli meat slicer
- Excellent knife skills
- Highly passionate about food & beer
- A confident, engaging personality that makes it hard to say no to
- Organized AF
- Smart Serve certified
- Ability to work 12pm to 5pm on weekdays

**Compensation**
- We are Living Wage Certified
- Can be part time (~20hrs/week) or hours can be supplemented with taproom shifts
