Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble sandwiches based on customer preferences and company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions regarding menu items.
  • Operate the cash register, process cash and card transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and workstations, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quick and efficient service, particularly during peak hours.
  • Utilize basic math skills to process orders and handle cash transactions.
  • Demonstrate effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet service goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting while also being self-motivated.
  • Must adhere to kitchen safety protocols and food handling procedures.

Pay: $17.60 per hour + Tips
