**Overview**
95degree is seeking a full-time 3D Architectural Visualization Artist for an on-site role located in Richmond Hill, ON. As a 3D Architectural Visualization Artist, you will work in a team environment to create stunning visualizations for the architectural, interior, and product design industries. Your responsibilities will include preparing and defining architectural compositions, as well as modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. You will also collaborate with other teams, understand client requirements, and propose ideas. Additionally, you will use advanced software tools and techniques to produce high-quality visualizations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation
- Proficiency in **3D Studio Max**, **Corona Renderer**, and **Photoshop**:

- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and lighting techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- A strong portfolio and previous work experience are a plus
- *Salary is commensurate with experience._

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
