**We are seeking a highly skilled cleaner with at least 15 years of commercial cleaning experience.**

**The position requires 2 cleaning sessions per week, for 2.5 hours per session. This role involves maintaining cleanliness throughout, including cleaning, wiping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming 13 exam rooms, 4 office rooms, reception/waiting and pharmacy areas, furniture, floors, 3 glass doors, 1 small kitchen, and 4 single washrooms.**

**Cleaning Schedule**:

- Starting September 1st, at 10 AM, and for the following weekends, please see the cleaning schedule below:

- Twice per week, every Wed after 8 PM and either Saturday anytime between 5 PM and 8 PM or Sunday anytime between 6 AM and 6 PM.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
- Applicants should reside in or near Ajax, ideally within a 20-minute commute, to ensure punctuality and manageability of travel times to and from work.
- Ability to provide two professional references and a brief work history. Police clearance may be required.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently are critical.

**What We Offer**:

- A respectful and professional work environment where team members are valued.
- All necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including a brand new vacuum, dust mop, mop heads, mop handle, mop bucket, duster, microfiber cloths, squeegee, disinfectants, and spray bottles, are provided by us.
- All cleaning tools must remain at the facility at all times; there is no need to transport them in and out of your vehicle.
- ** Total Monthly Compensation**: The couple will receive a combined total of $475 per month.
- ** Payment Structure**: This total payment is calculated based on the cleaner completing 2.5 hours of cleaning per session.
