**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise - Develop, manage and support the FOH team by fostering a fun, supportive work environment; and adhere to internal and external policies (ex. AGCO, Health and Safety);
- Bartending / Serving - Lead the team by example and help with the service and touch tables to ensure excellent guest experience;
- Administration - Manage daily cash outs, opening and closing duties, reports, and communication log etc.

**Requirements**:

- Must have minimum one (1) year of supervisory or management in a fast-paced, high volume, casual dining, pub and/or lounge-bar, or equivalent experience;
- Must have minimum two (2) years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar environment;
- Must have minimum one (1) year of bartending experience;
- Must be SmartServe Certified;
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma is an asset;
- Passionate about food and beverage, and creating quality and memorable guest relations;
- Must be out-going and have a sense of fun, possess humility and integrity, while demonstrating professionalism in both appearance and demeanour;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Must be fluent in English;
- Proficient computer skills and tech savvy (such as POS system, apps, MS Office);
- Must have open and flexible availability including AM / PM, weekends and holidays;
- Reliable transportation to and from work;
- Must be bondable.

**Compensation**: Negotiable

COVID-10 Considerations

Wahlburgers have made thoughtful, measured adjustments to our operations to ensure the safety of both our Team and Guests. This includes frequent cleaning and sanitizing, partition seating, providing PPE etc. And we’ll continue to follow Ministry of Health's guidelines.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
