**Responsibilities**

*
Work in a safe, clean, and timely manner to complete mechanical installations, routine maintenance and repairs of Big Ass fans.
- Complete Manufacturer specified preventative maintenance on products.
- Communicate directly with contractors, designers, and customers concerning installation and maintenance details.
- Represent BAF the customer contact on a job site.
- Maintain familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of Big Ass Fans to ensure an efficient and professional installation process.
- Provide daily verbal and/or written reports on project status to leadership.
- Assist subcontracted crews on fan installations when needed.
- Support warehouse operations during downtime or at the manager’s discretion.

**Requireme**nts**
- 1 - 2 years of construction experience required
- Prior experience with mechanical and electric hand tools
- Represent BAF professionally and with attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate with peers, management and BAF customers
- Possess a team player, get things done attitude
- Accurately complete and submit all necessary documentation within strict timelines to ensure professional installation experience
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the workday throughout Ontario; occasional overnight travel required
- Capable of working a flexible schedule: occasional weekends and/or after traditional business hours
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, possess a favorable driving record, be fully COVID-19 vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination
- Required to earn the following: Ontario Aerial Lift License, Working at Heights, Fall Training Certificates
